## Job Overview

Qualification Arabic C1/C2 | English B2 | 2+ years Sales | Athens local only Hours / schedule Monday–Friday, 10:00–18:00 (no shifts, weekends off)

### Location & Schedule

-   **Possible starts: 23.11 or 7.12**
-   **Office-based work in Athens – Neos Kosmos**
-   **Local hire only: you must already live in Athens and have valid legal authorization to work in Greece**
-   **Fixed Monday–Friday schedule: 10:00–18:00 — NO shifts, weekends off** (Greek time, 8h/day, 40h/week, 5 days/week)

### Project

**Develop business clients and agency partners through smarter Digital Advertising.**  
You will work with a portfolio of Arabic-speaking business clients and agencies using the solutions of one of the world’s leading social media advertising platforms. Your role is to understand what clients want to achieve, review their advertising performance and recommend solutions that can improve campaign results and grow their business.

### As a Digital Sales Representative you will

-   **Manage and develop relationships with business clients and agency partners**
-   Understand clients’ business goals and advertising needs
-   **Review campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement**
-   Recommend relevant advertising solutions and campaign optimizations
-   **Identify opportunities to grow client accounts and advertising investment**
-   Manage follow-ups, opportunities and results in CRM
-   Work towards individual **sales and revenue targets**

-   **Base salary: 1,100 gross/month 14**
-   **Fixed project bonus: 300 gross/month**
-   **Performance bonus: up to 250 gross/month**
-   **Welcome bonus: 1,000 gross in total**, paid in 12 monthly instalments of approximately **83 gross/month during your first year**
-   **2 additional base-salary payments per year — 2,200 gross total**
-   **Up Hellas meal card:** 3 net per worked day (approximately 60 net/month), increasing to 6 net per worked day (approximately 120 net/month) after one year

**Average monthly gross package: approximately 1,483–1,733 during your first year**, including the welcome bonus, **\+ 2 additional base-salary payments per year + Up Hellas meal card**.

### Requirements

-   **Arabic at C1/C2 level**
-   **English at B2 level or higher** — for training and internal use
-   **At least 2 years of Sales experience in any industry**
-   **Good understanding of digital marketing and online advertising**, including campaign performance, targeting and optimisation
-   Strong communication, consultative selling and relationship-building skills
-   Comfortable working with CRM, performance data and Sales targets
-   You already live in Athens and are ready to work from our office in Neos Kosmos
-   **EU citizenship or a valid residence permit with full rights to work in Greece**
