## Description

**Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW)**

**Location:** Hawaii  
**Setting:** Remote / Telehealth

**Position:** Full-Time  
**Salary:** $115,000–$120,000 annually  
**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

**Position Overview**

This role supports licensed therapists who want a stable, remote clinical position with clear expectations. You will provide therapy services to a diverse client population while working within a structured telehealth model. The focus is on consistent care delivery, documentation accuracy, and meaningful client outcomes.

**Core Responsibilities**

-   Conduct scheduled telehealth therapy sessions
-   Perform client intakes and ongoing assessments
-   Maintain thorough clinical documentation
-   Adjust treatment plans based on progress
-   Follow clinical guidelines and ethical standards

## Requirements

-   Active LMFT, LPC, or LCSW license in Hawaii
-   Master’s degree in a behavioral health discipline
-   Experience in mental health counseling or therapy
-   Strong organizational and documentation skills
-   Comfortable working fully remote
