## Description

Job Description: Product Manager – AI-Powered Recruiting Workflows  
  
Responsibilities:  
\- Own end-to-end product development for AI-powered recruiting workflows.  
\- Define product strategy to improve hiring speed and quality for global customers.  
\- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, data, and go-to-market teams.  
\- Lead product discovery and prioritize the product roadmap.  
\- Write clear Product Requirement Documents (PRDs).  
\- Define and track success metrics for product features.  
\- Run experiments to validate hypotheses and optimize product performance.  
\- Coordinate product launches and ensure successful delivery of features.  
  
Requirements:  
\- Minimum 3 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or HRTech.  
\- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.  
\- Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.  
\- Proven track record of shipping impactful products from inception (0 to 1) and scaling (1 to scale).  
\- Experience with AI or Large Language Model (LLM) products is a strong plus.
