## Description

We are looking for Call Center Agents to join a fast growing account in Makati. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to valued clients through effective communication, problem-solving skills, and customer profiling.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
-   Resolve customer issues and complaints with a focus on first-call resolution
-   Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of customer interactions
-   Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes
-   Provide product and service information to assist customers with their needs
-   Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience
-   Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets

## Requirements

-   At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate (New Curriculum)
-   Must have at least 1 month of international voice BPO experience OR 1 year of local/non-voice BPO experience
-   Must be conversant in both spoken and written English
-   Amenable to work fully on-site in Makati
-   Amenable to work on shifting schedule
-   Must be willing to work during weekends or holidays
-   Can start ASAP
