## Description

**Relationship Sales**

**Description**

Residents Medical has spent 30 years helping International Medical Graduates break into the U.S. residency system — and we’re looking for a relationship-building powerhouse to join the front line of that mission. This is a high-impact, client-facing sales role: you’ll be the first real connection a candidate has with RMG, and your ability to build trust fast, sell with conviction, and close deals is what turns a hopeful inquiry into a committed client. If you love consultative selling, know how to read people, and want to represent a service that genuinely changes physicians’ futures, this is your seat.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Own and drive a full pipeline of inbound and assigned candidate leads — from first hello to signed enrollment.
- Run consultative, high-trust conversations that uncover each candidate’s background, USMLE/COMLEX status, visa situation, and goals
- Present RMG’s services, fee structures, and terms with total clarity and confidence, so candidates know exactly what they’re getting and why it’s worth it.
- Crush monthly enrollment and revenue targets while building the kind of trust that turns candidates into advocates.
- Keep your CRM pipeline airtight and hand off every enrolled client seamlessly to our placement and academic teams.
- Stay sharp on the Match, ACGME pathways, and IMG immigration essentials — be the expert in every room you walk into.

Join a team with 30 years of expertise behind it, and help us change physicians’ futures, one relationship at a time.

## Requirements

**Requirements**

- 2+ years of proven success in counseling, admissions, advising, or consultative sales — healthcare or education background a strong plus.
- A natural closer with sharp listening skills who builds trust fast with high-achieving, anxious, time-pressed candidates.
- Driven by targets and motivated by commission — you want to win, and you want to get paid for winning.
- Organized, CRM-fluent, and relentless about follow-up.

**Preferred**

- Knowledge of the U.S. medical residency system, USMLE, the NRMP Match, or the IMG journey.
- Experience working with international clients across time zones and cultures.
- Multilingual ability a plus.
