## Description

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Cardiac Surgeon to join our advanced medical team. The successful candidate will perform intricate surgical procedures on the heart and provide comprehensive care to patients suffering from cardiovascular diseases. ### Key Responsibilities:

-   Perform a wide range of cardiac surgical procedures including coronary artery bypass grafting, valve repairs and replacements, and complex congenital heart defect surgeries.
-   Conduct detailed preoperative assessments and diagnostic evaluations of patients.
-   Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including cardiologists, anesthesiologists, and nursing staff to develop individualized treatment plans.
-   Ensure high standards in perioperative and postoperative patient management for optimal recovery.
-   Educate patients and families on surgical options, processes, and postoperative care.
-   Engage in ongoing research and continuous education to enhance surgical techniques and patient outcomes.
-   Maintain accurate and compliant medical documentation.

## Requirements

### Requirements:

-   Medical degree (M.D. or D.O.) from an accredited institution.
-   Completion of General Surgery residency and Cardiac Surgery fellowship.
-   Board certification in Cardiac Surgery.
-   Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in cardiac surgical practices.
-   Proficient in modern cardiac surgical techniques and technologies.
-   Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
-   Strong decision-making abilities in high-pressure situations.
-   Valid and current medical license to practice.
-   Commitment to professional development and research in cardiac surgery.
