### Responsibilities

-   Deliver exceptional support to Spanish-speaking customers through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
-   Address customer inquiries, provide pertinent information, and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
-   Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on pending issues to ensure satisfaction.
-   Work closely with other departments to improve overall service levels and enhance the customer journey.
-   Stay updated on product offerings to provide valuable insights and assistance to customers.
-   Gather customer feedback to contribute to ongoing process improvements.
-   Engage in training and development opportunities to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Spanish and English, both oral and written.
-   Previous experience in customer service is an advantage, but not essential.
-   Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering excellent customer experience.
-   Able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
-   Comfortable using customer support systems and standard office software.
-   Proactive approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
-   Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria, embracing the local culture and lifestyle.
