## Description

**Come and join the CER Family - Our team is expanding and looking for new team members (full-time and part-time) for our overnight shifts at our Crisis Stabilization Facility - Ekolu!**

You will provide overnight support and supervision to individuals diagnosed with serious and persistent mental illness within a crisis stabilization setting. Responsibilities include conducting routine wellness checks, providing therapeutic one-on-one interactions, supporting client safety and stability, and responding appropriately to behavioral health crises and emergency situations.

You will report to the crisis stabilization facility and work closely with clients and the treatment team to promote a safe, supportive, and recovery-oriented environment. Overnight staff are responsible for crisis prevention and de-escalation, crisis response, maintaining facility cleanliness and organization, documenting client interactions and significant events, and communicating relevant information to incoming staff and treatment team members. Staff play a vital role in supporting client well-being, comfort, and recovery during overnight hours.

This position is onsite in Kaneohe. The facility operates 24/7/365. No on-call is required. This facility is an indoor/outdoor therapeutic environment with ramps, stairs, and gravel/uneven ground.

**\*\*Currently Hiring for Overnight Shifts:**

Overnight Shift 11pm-7am

Full time: Four or five 8-hour shifts (32-40 hours per week)

or

Part time: Two 8-hour shifts (16 hours per week)

**WE SUPPORT OUR CASE MANAGERS**  
We are a close-knit agency, and you will have ample support from your supervisors.

Your treatment team includes managers with an open-door policy and licensed professionals who are always available to consult with you at any time.

Additionally, you will have regular team meetings, clinical supervision with your supervisor, and ongoing behavioral health training. We provide ample training on evidence-based practices and community resources. Our approach to treatment is highly team oriented, so you always have the support of your peers and supervisors.

## Requirements

-   Required High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
-   Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Health, Nursing, Counseling (or similar degree with course work in psychology).
-   6-12 months supervised experience (work, volunteer, or a combination) with at least one of the following populations: severely mentally ill (SMI/SPMI), developmentally disabled (DD), elderly, children, or other special needs populations. A combination of work/volunteer experience and education can meet requirements.
-   Preferred: Access to a vehicle and valid driver’s license, clean driving abstract, and valid safety check. We do have non-driving positions available.
-   People who do well in this role are passionate about helping people, is skilled in communication, time management, and are able to respond calmly under pressure/during crisis situations.
