## Description

At **MSPS**, we design and deliver brand experiences that connect people with brands in real life — from in-store activations and retail environments to large-scale events, festivals and branded experiences.

  
We are looking for a **senior professional** to lead experiential projects for major clients such as _**Lidl, Stoiximan and Kellanova (Pringles / Kellogg’s).**_  
  
This is not a typical account or event manager role.  
**We are looking for someone who thinks like an experiential marketer and executes like a producer**.

What you will do:**

-   Lead end-to-end experiential projects across retail activations, events, festivals and sponsorships
-   Translate client briefs into tangible activation concepts and production plans
-   Own delivery from idea to on-ground execution
-   Manage timelines, partners, suppliers and production agencies
-   Ensure quality, budget control and flawless execution

  
  
**What we are looking for:**

-   Minimum 5-7 years in experiential marketing, activations, events or production
-   Experience in BtL agencies, experiential agencies or production companies
-   Proven experience in activation-led projects not limited to corporate events or hospitality
-   Strong ability to move from concept to execution
