### **Job Description**

A well-established family medicine practice is seeking a **patient-centered and empathetic Physician** to join its team. This role involves providing comprehensive primary care services in a collaborative outpatient setting.

The ideal candidate will be committed to delivering high-quality, patient-focused care while working alongside a supportive clinical and administrative team.

### **Position Overview**

-   Full-time, employed position
-   Outpatient-only practice
-   Team includes **2 Physicians and 12 support staff members**
-   Responsibilities include:

-   Performing physical examinations and diagnostic testing
-   Obtaining and documenting medical histories
-   Educating patients on diagnoses, medications, and treatment plans
-   Prescribing and managing medications as appropriate

### **Schedule**

-   Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday: 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM
-   Thursday: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM

## Requirements

### **Qualifications**

-   **Board Eligible or Board Certified** in Family Medicine (required)
-   Open to both **new graduates and experienced physicians**
-   Eligible for **Indiana medical licensure**
-   Must maintain **BLS and ACLS certifications**
