## Description

Environmental Superintendent at Essel

Essel is a premier environmental services company dedicated to delivering innovative and sustainable environmental remediation solutions. We are currently seeking a highly skilled Environmental Superintendent to join our team and oversee environmental remediation projects from planning through completion while ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.

### Key Responsibilities:

-   Supervise and coordinate all daily field operations related to environmental remediation projects.
-   Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local environmental and safety regulations.
-   Lead and manage project teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure efficient project execution.
-   Monitor project progress, timelines, and budgets to meet established milestones and goals.
-   Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to ensure work meets project specifications.
-   Develop and implement safety protocols and conduct safety meetings.
-   Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and correspondence.
-   Work closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction.

## Requirements

### Qualifications and Requirements:

-   Minimum of 8-10 years' experience in environmental remediation project oversight.
-   Strong knowledge of environmental regulations (OSHA, EPA, HAZWOPER).
-   Proven leadership and team management skills on construction and remediation sites.
-   Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
-   Ability to read and interpret project plans, specifications, and technical documents.
-   Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
-   Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to multiple project sites as needed.
-   Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.
