**About The Role:**

As a **Senior Partnerships Executive**, you will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying, acquiring, and managing strategic partnerships across multiple sectors. You will own high-value partner relationships, lead commercial discussions, negotiate partnership agreements, and ensure long-term partner success. You will also collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to maximize partnership performance while supporting and mentoring junior team members.

### **Key Duties & Responsibilities:**

-   Identify, acquire, and develop strategic partnerships with key merchants and enterprise accounts.
-   Own and manage a portfolio of high-value partners, ensuring long-term growth and retention.
-   Lead commercial negotiations and finalize partnership agreements aligned with business objectives.
-   Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and act as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts.
-   Develop partnership growth plans and identify new revenue opportunities within existing accounts.
-   Analyze partnership performance, provide actionable insights, and present regular business reviews to management.
-   Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives and campaigns.
-   Support, coach, and share best practices with junior team members.
-   Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
-   Consistently achieve and exceed commercial and partnership growth targets.

## Requirements

### **Required Skills & Abilities:**

-   Fluent in spoken and written English.
-   Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
-   Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
-   Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify growth opportunities.
-   Strong analytical, problem-solving, and relationship management skills.
-   Ability to manage multiple strategic accounts in a fast-paced environment.

### **Education & Experience:**

-   2-4 **years** of experience in Partnerships, Business Development, Account Management, or B2B Sales.
-   Proven track record of acquiring, managing, and growing strategic partnerships.
-   Experience leading commercial negotiations and managing enterprise or key accounts.
-   Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
-   Experience in Loyalty, FinTech, Telecom, FMCG, Banking, or Technology industries is a strong plus.
