**Physical Therapist – Fort Lauderdale Outpatient Orthopedic Role**

**Location:** Fort Lauderdale, FL  
**Position:** Physical Therapist  
**Work Setting:** Orthopedic Outpatient Physical Therapy Office  
**Office Assignment:** One office location only  
**Pay:** $50–$55 per hour  
**Schedule:** Flexible schedule available

We are seeking a **Physical Therapist in Fort Lauderdale, FL** for an outpatient orthopedic physical therapy office. This role is focused on helping patients improve function after injury, surgery, pain, weakness, or movement limitations.

As a PT in this setting, you will evaluate patients, create treatment plans, and provide active rehabilitation that supports long-term improvement. The position is ideal for someone who wants a clear outpatient clinic role with flexible scheduling, one office location, and a strong benefits package.

**Schedule Options:**

-   4-day workweek with 10-hour shifts
-   Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
-   Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

**Responsibilities:**

-   Complete physical therapy evaluations and progress assessments
-   Create individualized orthopedic treatment plans
-   Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, functional movement training, and patient education
-   Adjust plans of care based on patient response and outcomes
-   Teach home exercise programs and recovery strategies
-   Document evaluations, daily treatments, progress notes, and discharge summaries
-   Collaborate with staff to maintain organized patient care

## Requirements

-   Active Florida Physical Therapist License
-   DPT Degree or MSPT Degree
-   Outpatient experience preferred
