## Description

SWOT Hospitality is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical F&B Controller to join our hotel team. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring food and beverage costs, ensuring accurate inventory management, and supporting the efficient financial performance of the F&B department.

Key Responsibilities

-   Develop and maintain cost control systems to monitor and report project expenses
-   Perform cost analysis and prepare regular financial reports, identifying variances from budgets
-   Collaborate with department heads to forecast budgets and provide financial insights
-   Ensure proper allocation of costs and adherence to financial guidelines
-   Monitor and control project budgets, highlighting potential overruns and proposing corrective actions
-   Support audits and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
-   Provide recommendations to enhance cost efficiency and overall profitability

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
-   Proven experience as a Cost Controller or in a similar senior financial role
-   Strong understanding of financial principles, cost analysis, and budgeting techniques
-   Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and financial software (experience with ERP systems is an advantage, specifically SoftOne / SAP / S4HANA / SAP MM Module)
-   Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
-   Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams
-   Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
