**Overview**

**Bassett Healthcare Network**_**,**_ in Central New York, is seeking a BC/BE physician to join its existing group of Pulmonologists/Sleep Physicians. 

-   **Salary Range: $328,067 – $410,000**
-   **Sign-on Bonus: up to $100,000**
-   **Location: Cooperstown, NY**

**Job Description & Responsibilities**

-   Join an established team of 5 Pulmonologists, 5 Intensivists, and 3 Sleep physicians, 4 Advance Practice Clinicians, 4 dedicated outpatient Respiratory Therapists and 1 Nurse Specialist
-   Clinical time will be split between pulmonary and sleep medicine
-   This role entails inpatient pulmonary consultations, outpatient clinic, pulmonary procedures and interpretation of sleep studies
-   Resident and Medical Student supervision and teaching
-   Weekly multidisciplinary clinic-radiologic conference 
-   Bronchoscopy with EBUS, Point of care Ultrasound
-   AASM certified Sleep Center
-   Collaboration with ENT for hypoglossal nerve stimulator therapy
-   Collaboration with Interventional radiology and Thoracic surgery for procedures
-   Practice within Bassett Healthcare Network, an integrated system delivering care across an 8-county region
-   Become a part of Bassett Healthcare Network, a progressive academic health system and major teaching affiliate of Columbia University Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons

## Requirements

-   MD, DO or MBBS
-   BC/BE
-   Completion of an accredited USA Pulmonology residency program
-   NYS Licensure (or eligibilty to obtain)
-   BLS Certification Required
-   DEA Required

**Compensation**

-   Salary Range: $328,067 – $410,000.

-   _This compensation range represents Bassett Healthcare’s good faith belief of the compensation range at the time of this posting or advertisement. Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards_

-   Sign-on Bonus: up to $100,000
-   Bassett offers Physicians an incentive plan with no earnings cap.  Individual performance and productivity can significantly enhance compensation with potential upside realized within the first year of employment.
