## Description

DBS Staffing Services, Inc. is looking for a dedicated and skilled Apartment Maintenance / Turn Technician to join our client’s team. In this essential role, you will be responsible for preparing vacant apartments for new tenants by performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks. If you possess expertise in maintenance or unit renovations, we would love to hear from you!

### Responsibilities

-   Conduct thorough inspections of vacant apartments to assess maintenance needs and determine necessary repairs.
-   Perform repairs and improvements, including painting, drywall work, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
-   Ensure all appliances, fixtures, and systems are functioning properly prior to tenant move-in.
-   Coordinate and execute the clean-up and turnover of units, ensuring cleanliness and readiness.
-   Respond promptly to maintenance requests and complete tasks efficiently.
-   Maintain accurate records of work completed and supplies used.
-   Adhere to safety standards and maintain a safe work environment.

## Requirements

-   High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus.
-   **Proven experience** in apartment maintenance or similar roles.
-   Strong knowledge of repair techniques in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general carpentry.
-   Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
-   A clear background is required by the customer.
-   Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
