## Description

A water purification and bottling company is seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee production operations and ensure quality standards and operational efficiency within the plant.

Key Responsibilities:

-   Oversee the entire water production line, from bottling to storage.
-   Ensure compliance with quality standards and health & safety regulations.
-   Organize production schedules and monitor daily output.
-   Manage production staff and assign responsibilities effectively.
-   Coordinate machinery maintenance with the maintenance department.
-   Minimize waste and improve production efficiency.
-   Prepare periodic operational reports for management.

## Requirements

Qualifications:

-   Minimum of 5 years of experience in water factories or similar food and beverage manufacturing industries.
-   Knowledge of quality management systems such as ISO and HACCP is preferred.
-   Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
-   High level of commitment, discipline, and professionalism.
