## Description

We are looking for a hardworking, high-energy, results-driven Deal Sourcing Associate to identify and engage lower-middle market business owners on behalf of 154 Partners. This is a client facing role and best suited for someone who thrives at building relationships and takes price in exceeding their targets.

Responsabilities:

-   Utilize databases and internet research to compile lists of prospective business targets across identified sectors
-   Execute outbound outreach strategies including cold calls, emails, LinkedIn messaging, and other creative campaigns to engage with business owners/CEOs in a discussion to sell
-   Conduct conversations with business owners to build rapport and qualify against 154’s investment criteria
-   Present new investment opportunities & market research to 154 Investment Team
-   Maintain organized records of all outreach activity and pipeline progress in our CRM
-   Consistently achieve a target of 100+ cold calls per week

## Requirements

-   Fluent English
-   Strong written communication skills for email and LinkedIn outreach
-   Excited about cold calling and outbound outreach
-   Prior experience in sales, business development, or sourcing is a plus
-   A natural communicator who can connect authentically with business owners/CEOs
-   Self-motivated and capable of thriving in ambiguous environments
-   Results-driven
-   Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
