## Description

**Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Role in Oregon**

An opening is available for a full-time LCSW to deliver vital mental health services within a patient-focused healthcare team. This role involves conducting assessments, monitoring progress, and contributing to care plans designed for overall well-being.

**Job Type:** Full-time, Remote  
**Hours:** Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

**Salary: $115,000 - $120,000** annually, plus a robust benefits package.

**Responsibilities:**

-   Document client outcomes and ensure they align with established care goals.
-   Interview patients and families to build detailed psychosocial assessments.
-   Identify high-risk clients and assist in developing intervention strategies.
-   Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to craft patient-centered care plans.

## Requirements

-   **Master’s** degree in Social Work.
-   Valid Oregon LCSW license.
-   Demonstrated expertise in clinical assessments and care coordination.
-   Strong communication and teamwork skills.
