## Description

**Do not apply if you need step-by-step direction, have no service-business lead generation experience, or measure success by clicks, impressions, or form fills instead of revenue.**

We are hiring a senior paid media strategist to own performance marketing for **home services businesses** such as HVAC companies, plumbers, electricians, pest control companies, roofers, and similar service-based businesses.

Experience in the **home services industry** is a huge plus. Experience with **service-based business lead generation** is required.

### The role

You will own paid media strategy and performance across channels such as Google, Meta, YouTube, streaming/CTV, landing pages, tracking, and funnel analytics.

The goal is simple: generate qualified leads that turn into booked jobs and revenue.

Our target is typically a **10% cost-to-revenue ratio**, with **20% as the upper limit** depending on the account, measured against qualified booked or closed revenue whenever tracking allows.

### Who we’re looking for

We care less about years of experience and more about judgment, pattern recognition, and results.

You may be a fit if you:

-   Have managed paid media for home services or other service-based businesses
-   Understand the difference between leads, booked jobs, and revenue
-   Know why PPC campaigns usually fail in service industries
-   Can audit an account and identify in real time what needs to change
-   Think beyond the ad account into tracking, landing pages, funnels, lead quality, and sales follow-up
-   Can work with full autonomy
-   Can explain what is happening, why it is happening, and what should happen next
-   Can clearly state needs, requirements and expectations when cross-collaborating on projects owned by PPC

### Not a fit if you:

-   Need constant direction
-   Only follow Google/Meta recommendations
-   Optimize for form fills without caring about revenue
-   Have no service-business lead generation experience
-   Report numbers without diagnosing problems
-   Wait to be told what to test or fix next

Fully remote.

We do not care where you live or what hours you work. We care about results, ownership, communication, and value created. There will be some required meetings, and our primary working timezone is US Eastern Time same as our clients, so general availability for collaboration, calls and time sensiteive client issues should overlap with US Eastern Time business hours, but these are not required fixed work hours.

### Compensation

**$4,000–$8,000/month · commensurate with experience and measurable track record.**

There is no fixed compensation ceiling for the right person, but compensation must make sense relative to the measurable value created.

We are open to paying very well for someone who can create measurable value for clients and the company.

The expectation is simple: direct clients’ revenue, produced by paid media channels, should be at least a clear 10x multiple of your compensation+spend.
