## Description

### Role Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced **Senior Power Platform Developer from 7 to 10+ Yrs** to lead the design, development, and scaling of enterprise automation solutions within a banking environment. The candidate will be responsible for transforming existing automation prototypes into robust, production-ready solutions that deliver significant operational efficiencies and FTE savings.

The role will focus on automating critical banking processes, including:

-   Loan Origination
-   AML/KYC Periodic Reviews
-   Trade Operations
-   Remittance Processing

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, solution architecture, system integrations, governance, and banking operations.

## Requirements

### Mandatory Skills

Candidates must have hands-on experience with:

-   Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps)
-   Microsoft Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop Flows)
-   Microsoft Dataverse
-   Power BI
-   Microsoft Power Platform Administration
-   Microsoft 365 Integration
-   REST APIs & Custom Connectors
-   SharePoint Online
-   SQL Server
-   Azure Services (Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Azure AD)
-   Power Platform Solution Deployment & ALM
-   CI/CD for Power Platform
-   Agile/Scrum Methodology
-   Enterprise Application Development
-   Banking or Financial Services domain experience

### Banking Process Automation

-   Automate and optimize:

-   Loan Origination workflows
-   AML/KYC periodic review processes
-   Trade Finance Operations
-   Remittance and Payments Processing

-   Collaborate with operations teams to identify process bottlenecks and automation opportunities

### Preferred Certifications

-   Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals (PL-900)
-   Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant (PL-200)
-   Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400)
-   Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect (PL-600)
-   Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) preferred
