As an **Entry Level Customer Service & Sales Representative**, you will be the friendly voice our customers count on. You'll assist customers with their questions, solve problems, and introduce them to our fantastic products and services — all while gaining valuable experience in a supportive environment.

**What You'll Do:**

-   Answer inbound calls and provide friendly, helpful assistance.
-   Help client resolve their issues with patience and care.
-   Share information about products and services to meet business customer needs.
-   Keep accurate records of customer interactions.
-   Work with your team to create a positive and engaging customer experience.

## Requirements

-   No prior sales experience required — we will train you!
-   Must have desire to sale and communicate with clients to present Verizon products.
-   Great communication and listening skills.
-   A positive attitude and enthusiasm for helping others.
-   Comfortable working with computers and learning new systems.
-   Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
-   Reliable and eager to learn and grow your career.
