## Description

**ISTA Solutions, an outsourcing/offshoring company, is in search of an experienced Back-Office CSR to join our rapidly expanding team. **Account specific roles and responsibilities:**

-   Process orders accurately and efficiently using the client tool (BrightTree).

-   Organize and manage medical documents in PDF format.

-   Upload PDF documents to the client tool as required.

-   Maintain and manage documents via the client's SharePoint system.

-   Perform additional tasks related to order processing and PDF document management as needed.

-   Send and receive reports via email, ensuring all communication is timely and accurate.

## Requirements

-   At least 6 months Back-Office work experience
-   US Healthcare BPO experience is an advantage
-   Must be keen to details
-   Must be proficient in MS Excel, Word, PDFs
-   Good verbal and written English skills
-   Willing to work onsite in Makati
-   Amenable working night shift
