## Description

Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking a Danish Speaking Digital Trust and Safety Analyst to join our team in Bulgaria. This role is essential in maintaining the safety and integrity of our digital platforms, ensuring a secure and trustworthy environment for all users. You will be actively involved in monitoring, investigating, and responding to safety-related issues within our online services.

  

### Key Responsibilities

-   Monitor user-generated content and platform activities to identify potential safety risks and policy violations.
-   Conduct thorough investigations on reported incidents, analyzing data to determine risk levels and appropriate responses.
-   Collaborate with technical teams to develop and enhance safety protocols and procedures.
-   Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports on safety issues and trends to inform stakeholders.
-   Keep abreast of emerging trends and threats in digital safety to proactively address vulnerabilities.
-   Promote awareness of digital safety best practices among users and stakeholders.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is required; English proficiency is an advantage.
-   Experience in digital trust and safety, online moderation, or related fields is preferred.
-   Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
-   Excellent communication skills for interacting with users and internal teams.
-   Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
-   Familiarity with digital content management systems and safety tools.
-   Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
-   Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria for this role.
