## Description

We are currently looking for native German speakers with Spanish B2 to join an international Customer Support project within the Banking Sector in Spain. This is a great opportunity for candidates who are looking to build an international career in customer service while enjoying life in Madrid or Valencia.

The position involves supporting German-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat. The selected candidates will assist clients with general inquiries, front desk incidents, account-related questions, and customer support requests while ensuring a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.

## Requirements

• Native-level German  
• Spanish level B2 or higher

• English level B2 or higher  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills  
• Customer-oriented mindset  
• Comfortable working via phone, email, and chat  
• Previous customer support experience is considered an advantage
