**We're Hiring: Senior Employment Attorney**

Shegerian & Associates, Inc. is California's premier plaintiff side employment law firm, led by acclaimed trial attorney Carney Shegerian. We're seeking a Senior Employment Attorney to join our team, someone ready to own a caseload from intake through trial, lead strategy, and help shape the next generation of litigators at the firm.

**What You'll Do**

-   Manage your own docket from intake through trial with full ownership of your cases
-   Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and briefs
-   Take and defend depositions (required)
-   Appear regularly in court, mediations, and arbitrations
-   Lead case strategy and mentor junior attorneys, passing on what it takes to win

## Requirements

**What We're Looking For**

-   Active California Bar membership
-   3+ years of plaintiff side employment litigation experience
-   Deposition experience required, trial experience strongly preferred
-   Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
-   Ability to manage cases independently, lead strategy, and mentor junior attorneys
