## Description

Mercier Consultancy is excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Polish Speaking TeleSales Representative to join a leading tech company and live in beautiful Greece. This role is ideal for candidates who are fluent in Polish and have a passion for sales and technology. You will be responsible for actively engaging with clients, ultimately helping to drive revenue growth by converting leads into satisfied customers; understanding their needs, and promoting cutting-edge tech solutions that drive business success.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients in the Polish market to generate leads and close sales.
-   Understand client requirements and offer tailored solutions aligned with their business goals.
-   Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system accurately.
-   Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
-   Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize strategies and achieve sales targets.

## Requirements

-   Exceptional fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is essential.
-   A minimum English proficiency of B2 is required.
-   Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, or B2B sales, preferably in the technology sector.
-   Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills.
-   Ability to work independently in a remote or office-based environment in Greece.
-   Proactive and target-driven with a passion for achieving sales goals.
-   Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
-   Willingness to relocate and live in Greece.
