**Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)**

**Location:** Tennessee  
**Setting:** Remote/Telehealth  
**Position Type:** Full-Time  
**Salary:** $115,000–$120,000 a year with full benefits  
**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

**Job Summary**

We are hiring a Licensed Professional Counselor to provide remote therapy to clients seeking practical support for mental health concerns. This position involves meeting with clients virtually, helping them identify patterns, set goals, and work through challenges in a structured way. The role offers a consistent weekday schedule and the ability to provide care without commuting to an office.

**Responsibilities**

-   Provide scheduled telehealth counseling sessions
-   Complete intake assessments and clinical evaluations
-   Develop treatment goals based on client needs
-   Help clients build coping strategies and problem-solving skills
-   Document sessions, updates, and treatment progress
-   Respond professionally to client needs within the scope of care

## Requirements

-   Active Licensed Professional Counselor license in Tennessee
-   Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related mental health field
-   Experience providing therapy or counseling services
-   Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic records
-   Strong communication, documentation, and time management skills
-   Ability to work independently in a remote clinical setting
