## Description

Charger Logistics USA Inc. is looking for an experienced **Forklift Operator** with strong warehouse and cross-dock experience to join our team. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and able to follow procedures and instructions in a fast-paced environment.  

**Responsibilities:**

-   **Previous cross-dock experience required**
-   **Previous warehouse experience required**
-   **Forklift certification is a strong asset**
-   **2–3 years of relevant experience preferred**
-   Operate a forklift safely and efficiently to load, unload, and move materials
-   Load and unload materials from trucks using a forklift
-   Accurately check in inbound pallets and store them in designated warehouse locations
-   Support cross-dock operations by sorting, organizing, and moving freight efficiently
-   Box, label, sort, and pack products for distribution
-   Push and pull carts and dollies with materials as required
-   Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
-   Inspect cargo areas for cleanliness and proper condition
-   Move and position materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
-   Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and material-handling equipment
-   Communicate and cooperate effectively with supervisors and coworkers
-   Follow quality standards, company procedures, safety rules, and regulations

## Requirements

-   Be able to work for morning or afternoon shift.
-   Steel toed boots.
-   Comfortable lifting upto 50 lbs.
-   Flexible to work rotating shifts.
-   Proper loading and unloading techniques.
-   Comfortable working in hot environments.
-   Valid Forklift License and experience preferred.
