## Description

**Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) – Massachusetts**

**Location:** Massachusetts  
**Work Setting:** Remote / Telehealth  
**Position:** Full-Time  
**Salary:** $115,000–$120,000 per year  
**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

**Position Summary**

This full-time remote role is open to an LICSW licensed in Massachusetts. You’ll work with adults who may be dealing with anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, stress, relationship concerns, or other issues affecting their everyday lives. The work is focused on providing thoughtful therapy, staying organized with your cases, and making sure important concerns are followed through appropriately. You’ll have room to work independently while remaining connected to the clinical team when another perspective is useful.

**Responsibilities**

-   Provide one-on-one therapy through secure video sessions
-   Talk with clients about what they are experiencing and what they want help with
-   Use your clinical experience to guide the work from session to session
-   Keep notes and required records clear and up to date
-   Pay attention to changes that may call for closer review
-   Discuss challenging cases with the clinical team when needed
-   Coordinate with other providers if a client is receiving additional services
-   Maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries
-   Follow Massachusetts LICSW licensing and ethical standards

## Requirements

-   Active LICSW license in Massachusetts
-   Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW)
-   Experience in clinical mental health settings
-   Ability to manage a full-time caseload independently
-   Strong written and verbal communication skills
