**AdvisaCare** is seeking a top-of-the-line Home Health Aide/Certified Nursing Assistant to service our clients for **Private Duty In-Home Care** in **East Leroy, MI**. If you believe each patient is as unique as the care they need - strive to offer the right care customized to each individual, all while honoring his or her preferences, choices, abilities, and specific needs - **YOU'RE** **THE** **ONE** we're looking for!!

## Requirements

-   High School Graduate or GED
-   Reliable Transportation
-   Valid Driver’s License
-   Work in a Team Responsibly and Independently
-   Good Communication Skills
-   Ability to Travel within the Service Area
-   CPR Certified
-   Ability to Pass Drug Screen/Clear Background
