## Description

**Shape intuitive digital experiences across Dericon’s product landscape and help define the future of a leading fintech platform in financial services.**

As a Product Designer at FE fundinfo, you’ll take ownership of user experience and interface design across a diverse digital product landscape. This is a **fixed-term contract (1 year) providing maternity leave cover.** This gives youthe opportunity to make a meaningful contribution while working across product design, user experience, brand development and communication.

You’ll help modernise existing applications, build intuitive user journeys and strengthen the design system that supports a consistent experience across products. Working closely with Product Owners, business stakeholders, development teams and global UX colleagues at FE fundinfo, you’ll have a visible impact on both the customer experience and Dericon’s visual identity.

**Your key responsibilities as a Product Designer will include:**

-   Creating wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes and intuitive interfaces that balance user needs, business requirements and technical feasibility.
-   Planning and conducting user research, including interviews, usability testing, surveys and discovery sessions, and translating findings into actionable design insights.
-   Building and maintaining design libraries, reusable components, patterns and guidelines to create a consistent experience across Dericon’s digital products.
-   Iterating on designs using user feedback, usability testing, stakeholder input and data insights to continuously improve product experiences.
-   Partnering with Product Owners, Engineering, business stakeholders and global UX colleagues to align designs with product roadmaps and ensure effective implementation.
-   Supporting a modern, consistent and customer-focused brand experience across digital and physical touchpoints while considering accessibility and inclusive design principles.

**You will need the following experience and skills to join us as a Product Designer:**

-   You will have experience in UX research, UX design or a hybrid research and design role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your approach and impact.
-   You will have hands-on experience conducting user research and translating findings into effective design solutions.
-   You will have strong proficiency in Figma, Sketch or similar design tools, with the ability to create high-quality wireframes, prototypes and user flows.
-   You will have experience building or contributing to design systems and component libraries, with a strong understanding of consistency and reusable design patterns.
-   You will be a confident communicator who can collaborate effectively with stakeholders and development teams, work independently and take ownership in an Agile environment.
