**NOW HIRING: RN SUPERVISOR – SKILLED NURSING / LONG-TERM CARE**

**Starting at $60/hr**

### **Schedule**

**36 hours per week**

-   Three 8-hour shifts
-   One 12-hour shift

Shifts will range between:

-   **11:00 PM – 7:00 AM**
-   **3:00 PM – 11:00 PM**
-   **7:00 PM – 7:00 AM**
-   **Every other weekend**

We’re seeking a confident, compassionate **RN Supervisor** to provide clinical leadership, support nursing staff, and help ensure exceptional resident care throughout a **180-bed skilled nursing facility**. This is an excellent opportunity for an RN who enjoys problem-solving, mentoring others, and being a trusted clinical resource during evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

### **Facility & Resident Population**

The facility consists of **five unique units**, giving you the opportunity to work with a diverse resident population:

-   **Neurobehavioral Unit:** Dementia and Alzheimer’s residents with complex behavioral needs
-   **Rehabilitation Unit:** Residents recovering from orthopedic surgery, cardiac procedures, and other conditions with the goal of returning home
-   **Secure Dementia Unit:** Residents requiring additional supervision due to elopement risk
-   **Long-Term Care Units:** Residents requiring ongoing skilled nursing and supportive care

## Requirements

-   Active **RN license**
-   **BLS certification**
-   Minimum **2 years of nursing experience**
-   **Previous charge or supervisory experience required**
-   **EPIC experience required**
-   Strong leadership, communication, and clinical judgment
-   Skilled Nursing Facility experience preferred
-   Experience with staffing, admissions, emergency preparedness, regulatory compliance, and staff coaching
