## Description

Mercier Consultancy is excited to offer a Dutch Speaking Customer Support position specifically for Booking.com, with a relocation package to Athens, Greece. This role provides a unique opportunity to work with one of the world's leading online travel platforms while enjoying the vibrant culture and lifestyle of Athens.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Provide customer support to Dutch-speaking Booking.com users via phone, email, and chat.
-   Assist customers with booking inquiries, cancellations, modifications, and other related requests professionally and efficiently.
-   Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
-   Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM systems.
-   Collaborate closely with internal teams to improve customer service processes and ensure consistent support quality.
-   Stay updated on Booking.com products, policies, and promotions to provide informed assistance.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
-   Previous experience in customer support, ideally in the travel or hospitality industry, is a plus.
-   Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mindset.
-   Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
-   Familiarity with CRM software and standard customer support tools.
-   Willingness and ability to relocate to Athens, Greece.
-   A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow within the company.
