## Description

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Lead end-to-end business analysis across i-Gaming products and initiatives.
-   Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, product owners, and development teams.
-   Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
-   Translate complex business needs into actionable technical requirements.
-   Manage and monitor **project timelines**, ensuring deliverables are met on schedule and risks are proactively addressed.
-   Collaborate with Project Managers and Product Owners to align scope, resources, and deadlines.
-   Conduct market and competitive research to inform business and product strategies.
-   Identify and recommend process improvements to drive efficiency and performance.
-   Support QA and UAT efforts by validating solutions against business requirements.
-   Provide clear, concise reporting and updates to stakeholders and leadership.

Work independently with minimal supervision, effectively prioritizing tasks and initiatives.

## Requirements

**Requirements:**

-   **5+ years of experience** as a Business Analyst, with **2+ years in the i-Gaming industry**.
-   Proven ability to work **independently** and manage **project timelines** effectively.
-   Strong understanding of i-Gaming platforms, user flows, and regulatory considerations.
-   Proficient in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and MS Project or similar.
-   Skilled in business process modeling, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
-   Familiarity with Agile/Waterfall delivery methodologies.  
      
    **Nice to Have:**
-   Experience with UX/UI collaboration and wireframing tools (e.g., Figma, Balsamiq).
-   Background in data analytics or SQL.
