### Responsibilities

-   Handle incoming reservations calls and emails, providing excellent customer service and accurately entering guest details into the reservation system
-   Respond to guest inquiries regarding room availability, rates, amenities, and promotions
-   Assist guests with modifications or cancellations to existing reservations
-   Coordinate with other departments to ensure that guest requests and special arrangements are properly communicated and implemented
-   Process payment transactions and ensure accuracy in billing and financial documentation
-   Maintain knowledge of hotel facilities, services, and local attractions to provide personalized recommendations to guests
-   Handle guest complaints or issues with professionalism and high levels of empathy, working towards a satisfactory resolution

## Requirements

-   Diploma or bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field
-   1–3 years of experience in luxury hotel reservations, ideally within a high-end hospitality environment
-   Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
-   Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, luxury hospitality environment.
-   Familiarity with hotel reservation systems and proficiency in using computer systems and software
-   Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations
-   Experience in sales and upselling to promote additional services and packages effectively
-   Proficiency in English and Greek (both written and spoken) proficiency in additional languages is a plus
-   Strong ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
