**Job Summary**  
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated **Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW)** to provide in-person counseling services to individuals. In this role, you will support clients facing challenges by offering solution-focused therapy in a supportive and confidential setting. This position is ideal for a clinician who values meaningful work, strong client relationships, and helping individuals navigate stress, life transitions, and emotional challenges.

**Responsibilities**

-   Provide in-person counseling sessions.
-   Conduct initial assessments and develop treatment plans
-   Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with legal requirements
-   Uphold strict confidentiality and ethical standards of care

## Requirements

-   Active **Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW)** license in the state of NY
-   Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program
-   Strong interpersonal, communication, and clinical assessment skills
-   Ability to work independently while maintaining high professional standards
-   Commitment to ethical practice, confidentiality, and client-centered care
