## Description

Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking German Speaking Content Moderators for Social Media to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. This role offers paid relocation for successful candidates. As a Content Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating user-generated social media content in German to ensure compliance with community guidelines and company standards. Your work will help maintain a safe and respectful online environment for the German-speaking community.

  

### Key Responsibilities

-   Monitor and moderate social media content in German in accordance with company policies and community standards.
-   Respond promptly and professionally to user comments and inquiries in German.
-   Identify, escalate, and document inappropriate or harmful content according to established procedures.
-   Collaborate with social media and marketing teams to improve content moderation strategies and community engagement.
-   Keep up-to-date with social media trends, policies, and best practices in content moderation.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in German (written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is advantageous.
-   Previous experience in social media content moderation or community management is preferred.
-   Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their moderation guidelines.
-   Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive and challenging content professionally.
-   Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
-   Great attention to detail and sound judgment in content evaluation.
-   Familiarity with social media management tools and basic computer skills.
