We are currently seeking an organized and proactive **Office Assistant** to support our team in daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our office.

**Position Overview:**  
As an Office Assistant, you will play a vital role in keeping our firm running efficiently. You will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks that contribute to the overall productivity of our legal team.

## Requirements

### **Key Responsibilities:**

-   **Reception Duties:** Greet clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner, answering phone calls and directing inquiries as needed.
-   **Document Management:** Organize, file, and maintain electronic and paper records, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and accessible.
-   **Data Entry:** Assist with data entry tasks related to case files, maintaining up-to-date and accurate information in the firm's systems.
-   **Scheduling:** Help with scheduling appointments, meetings, and court dates for attorneys and staff, managing calendars effectively.
-   **Office Supplies Management:** Monitor inventory of office supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary to ensure that the office is adequately stocked.
-   **Assisting Legal Team:** Provide general administrative support to legal professionals, including preparing documents, drafting correspondence, and assisting with trial preparation.

### **Qualifications:**

-   High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred.
-   Previous experience as an office assistant or in an administrative role is preferred.
-   Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks effectively.
-   Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer service focus.
-   Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
-   Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
