MEP Manager (Data Center Projects)

What You Will Do  
\- Lead the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) scope for mission-critical data center projects.  
\- Oversee the design, installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of critical infrastructure systems, including HVAC, power distribution, standby systems, and fire protection, ensuring 99.999% uptime and compliance with industry standards.  
\- Manage the full MEP lifecycle from design development through construction, testing, commissioning, and final handover.  
\- Provide technical coordination and engineering oversight, including MEP design reviews and ensuring integration with structural and architectural components.  
\- Manage MEP budgets, cost control, and financial forecasting.  
  
What You Will Need  
\- Strong technical expertise, project leadership capability, and proven experience delivering complex data center or mission-critical facilities.  
\- Minimum 10 years of experience in MEP project delivery.  
\- At least 5 years of experience in data center or mission-critical facility projects.  
\- Bonus: Experience in high-voltage systems, standby power, UPS, generators, BMS, SCADA, and integrated testing procedures.
