Mercier Consultancy is excited to offer an opportunity for a Bulgarian Speaking Content Moderator to join our team in Athens, Greece, with a paid relocation package! This role offers the chance to work in a vibrant city while ensuring user-generated content complies with community standards for the Bulgarian-speaking audience. As a Content Moderator, you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe and positive online environment.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Review and moderate user-generated content in Bulgarian to ensure compliance with community guidelines.
-   Classify and evaluate content accurately based on established policies.
-   Identify and report inappropriate or harmful content to the relevant teams.
-   Provide insights on content trends and user behavior to support moderation improvements.
-   Collaborate effectively with colleagues to enhance moderation processes.
-   Stay current with company policies and moderation best practices.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Bulgarian (written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is beneficial.
-   No experience needed, but willingness to learn! 
-   Strong attention to detail and consistency in applying guidelines.
-   Excellent communication skills for articulating moderation decisions clearly.
-   Ability to handle sensitive content with professionalism and discretion.
-   Familiarity with content moderation tools and online platforms is an advantage.
-   Willingness to relocate to Athens and adapt to a new cultural environment.
-   Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
