We’re hiring a Marketing Specialist at [Relin.**sa**](https://relin.sa/)

**Relin** is a Saudi brand specialized in premium fabric sprays, known for high-quality, long-lasting fragrances, and operating within a fast-growing e-commerce environment.

We’re looking for a hands-on, data-driven, and creative Marketing Specialist.

📍 Location: Remote (based in **Egypt**)

**Responsibilities** :

-   Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital platforms
-   Manage tasks and workflows using tools like **ClickUp** or **Notion**
-   Turn insights into actions using tools like **GA4**, **Hotjar**, and **Clarity**
-   Monitor **KPIs** and continuously improve conversion rates, engagement, and sales
-   Lead creative direction, content calendars, and asset planning with in-house teams
-   Collaborate with performance marketing teams across **Snapchat**, **Meta**, **Google**, and more
-   Ensure campaign readiness across e-commerce platforms (**Zid** & **Salla**): inventory, pricing, UX, and discount codes

## Requirements

-   Proactive, solution-oriented, and growth-focused
-   Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in marketing
-   Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools
-   Prior experience in retail or e-commerce (in-house or agency)
-   Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns
-   Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
-   Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and customer acquisition strategies
