## Description

• Oversee full-spectrum accounting and finance operations for the Thai shipping agency branch.

• Manage freight billing, Disbursement Accounts (D/A), freight collections, and remitting funds to the HQ in Korea.

• Ensure full compliance with Thai tax regulations (VAT, Withholding Tax, Corporate Income Tax) and Bank of Thailand (BOT) foreign exchange regulations.

• Perform monthly/quarterly/annual financial closing and prepare reports for management and HQ.

• Liaise with external legal auditors, tax authorities, banks, and government agencies.

• Supervise and guide junior accounting/billing staff.

## Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting or Finance.

• **7+ years of accounting experience**, with at least **2–3 years in managerial roles** within the **Shipping Line, Shipping Agency, or Freight Forwarding** industry.

• **CPD (Continuing Professional Development) License is strictly required** (CPA is a strong plus).

• Strong knowledge of Thai tax laws, Revenue Code, and international trade accounting standards.

• Good command of spoken and written English for HQ reporting and internal communication.

• Proficient in accounting software/ERP (e.g., SAP, Express, or Shipping-specific ERPs).
