As a Slovenian-Speaking Player Support Specialist at Supercell Games, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to Slovenian-speaking players, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable gaming experience. You will work within a collaborative and dynamic team dedicated to player satisfaction and community engagement.

### Your Key Responsibilities

-   Respond to player inquiries in Slovenian via multiple channels such as chat, email, and social media.
-   Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve player issues efficiently and empathetically.
-   Collect and communicate player feedback to relevant teams to help enhance game features and support services.
-   Maintain accurate records of player interactions and support requests.
-   Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve support workflows and overall player experience.
-   Contribute to creating and updating support documentation and knowledge base articles.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Slovenian and English, both written and verbal, is required. Please clearly indicate your native language and nationality in your application (C.V. and/or Cover Letter).
-   Excellent communication skills with a professional approach.
-   Eligibility and willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria.
