**Position Title: Inventory Controller**

**Hiring Compensation Range: $26/hr - $31/hr**

**Location: Hybrid / On-site – Englewood, CO**

**Position Summary**

The Inventory Controller is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records and supporting daily warehouse operations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring inventory integrity through cycle counts, reconciliation, and system accuracy, while supporting month-end close processes. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control best practices.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Perform daily cycle counts and physical inventory audits to ensure inventory accuracy
-   Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, including root cause analysis and corrective actions
-   Maintain accurate inventory records within the WMS and ensure timely updates
-   Support month-end (EOM) close activities, including reconciliations and reporting
-   Assist with SKU creation, setup, and ongoing maintenance (attributes, locations, bin assignments, etc.)
-   Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with operations to prevent stockouts or overstock situations
-   Ensure proper product labeling, storage, and location management within the warehouse
-   Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as needed to support inventory processes
-   Collaborate with receiving, shipping, and operations teams to ensure accurate inbound/outbound transactions
-   Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and inventory control procedures
-   Generate and analyze inventory reports to identify trends and improvement opportunities
-   Support process improvements to enhance inventory accuracy and operational efficiency

## Requirements

Qualifications

-   2–5 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or a similar role
-   Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
-   Experience with SKU setup, product master data, and inventory organization
-   Forklift certification (or ability to obtain certification) and experience operating warehouse equipment
-   Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
-   Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, data analysis preferred)
-   Ability to work independently and manage multiple

-   Strong communication and teamwork skills

**Preferred Qualifications**

-   Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, etc.)
-   Familiarity with barcode scanning systems and RF devices
-   Experience in cycle counting methodologies (ABC classification, etc)
-   Lean or continuous improvement experience
