## Description

We are looking for a Finance Executive to join our growing Finance Team in London, reporting to the Management Accountant. The role is part of a global team made up of people from Berlin, Paris, New York, LA, Miami, Sydney, Melbourne and Singapore.

Duties will predominantly consist of:

-   Sales ledger
-   Credit control
-   Assisting with purchase ledger
-   Supplier payments preparation
-   Supplier statement reconciliations
-   Credit card reconciliations
-   Staff expense processing
-   Bank management (including bank reconciliations)
-   Intercompany transactions
-   Assisting with payroll
-   Assisting with VAT (and equivalents in other countries)
-   Any other duties as requested by the group financial controller/ group management accountant to support the finance function

## Requirements

-   Strong finance background with experience of all the above
-   Knowledge of processing foreign exchange transactions
-   Good IT skills including Word, Excel and Outlook

-   Experience of using accounting and payroll systems such as Sage 50 Accounts, Sage 50 Payroll

-   Enthusiasm, flexibility and excellent interpersonal skills
