**Overview**

**Bassett Healthcare Network**_**,**_ a progressive, academic health system in Central New York and major teaching affiliate of Columbia University is seeking a full-time Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant the Department of Family Medicine.

-   **Salary Range: $117,000 - $145,000**
-   **Sign-on Bonus: up to $50,000**
-   **An additional geography stipend of $15,000 annually for full-time provider practicing primary care in St. Johnsville, NY location**
-   **Location: St. Johnsville, NY**

## Requirements

**Job Qualifications**

-   National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. 
-   New York medical license (or eligibility to obtain)
-   BLS certification
-   New graduates considered
-   DEA Required

**Compensation**

-   Salary Range: $117,000 - $145,000
