### Myth vs Reality — supporting the kitchen the professional way

**REALITY:** You are actively involved in daily kitchen production in a hotel in Greece. You relocate for the full season and support the operational backbone of the kitchen.

**MYTH:** “It’s just cutting vegetables all day.”  
**REALITY:** Yes, preparation is part of it — but so is timing, organization, supporting during service, maintaining hygiene standards and ensuring smooth workflow across stations.

**MYTH:** “It’s a relaxed helper job.”  
**REALITY:** Resort kitchens operate at high volume. You assist in maintaining production flow. You respond quickly, stay structured and work under guidance from senior kitchen staff.

**MYTH:** “You won’t learn much.”  
**REALITY:** Working a full season in a hotel kitchen in Greece gives you exposure to international standards, large-scale food production and professional coordination.

**MYTH:** “It’s chaotic and improvised.”

**Important:** This position is **based in Greece**. You live and work on-site for the season. EU passport required.

## Requirements
