### 📝 Job Description: MEP Engineer (HVAC & Energy Auditing)

**Position Overview** We are seeking a skilled **MEP Engineer** with specialization in HVAC systems and energy auditing. The role involves performing heat load calculations, reviewing mechanical/electrical/plumbing designs, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The engineer will support project planning, design validation, and energy efficiency initiatives, contributing to both residential and commercial projects.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Conduct detailed **heat load calculations** and HVAC system sizing.
-   Review and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
-   Perform **energy audits** and recommend efficiency improvements.
-   Collaborate with architects, contractors, and project managers to ensure design accuracy.
-   Prepare technical reports, documentation, and compliance submissions.
-   Provide input on material specifications and equipment selection.
-   Support project execution with on-site inspections and technical guidance.

### 🎯 Qualifications

**Education & Experience**

-   Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field (required).
-   Professional license or certification preferred.
-   Minimum 3–5 years of experience in MEP engineering, with a focus on HVAC systems.
-   Proven experience in **heat load calculations** and energy auditing.

**Technical Skills**

-   Proficiency in HVAC design software (e.g., HAP, Trace 700, AutoCAD, Revit MEP).
-   Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
-   Familiarity with energy efficiency standards and sustainability practices.
-   Competence in Microsoft Excel and technical reporting tools.
