## Description

About the company:  
\- Our client is a leading provider of data management solutions.  
\- The company specializes in cutting-edge technology to optimize data storage and processing.  
  
Job responsibilities:  
\- Act as the main point of contact with banks and headquarters for day-to-day financial transactions.  
\- Process payments across the APAC region, including bank transfers and H2H (Host-to-Host) payments.  
\- Oversee the management of bank and H2H payment accounts.  
\- Implement and enhance automation within financial systems.  
\- Provide payment-related support to departments such as Order Operations, Delivery, Sales, and GSM.  
\- Liaise with banks and payment vendors on behalf of APAC entities.  
\- Assist with month-end closing procedures.  
\- Support both internal and external audit processes.  
\- Assist with bank account openings, KYC (Know Your Customer) compliance, signatory updates, and other administrative requirements.  
\- Prepare and manage finance/banking documentation.  
\- Carry out additional ad hoc tasks as needed.  
  
Job requirements:  
\- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.  
\- Minimum of 2 years of experience in finance or payment processing roles.  
\- Strong understanding of financial regulations and payment processing systems.  
\- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.  
\- Working location: Iskandar Puteri, Johor.
